/ STORY

Six chapters.

The things I do, told in six short paragraphs. The long version lives in the lab.

01 — Scale

Scaling products to millions of users.

Issued over a million tokenized identities at Civic. Scaled Yahoo’s homepage past 250M daily page views. Grew LifeLock to 3.5M subscribers. Took textPlus to 2M DAU. Different stages. Same playbook.

02 — Zero to One

Starting from zero, repeatedly.

Built every Civic product from scratch. Launched a consumer gaming portal at GameShift. Shipped a full game solo — Die Forward, in three weeks; I designed the specs, AI did the rest across code, audio, visuals, and content.

03 — AI as operating system

Building with AI, not around it.

AI belongs at the core of modern products, not bolted on the side. I apply the same principle to leadership — AI in planning, prioritization, and daily execution.

04 — Teams

Leading senior teams that ship.

Built and led product and design orgs across offices, time zones, and company stages. Teams that ship without me in the room.

05 — Craft

Designing through the last mile.

I still design, prototype, and write copy for the products I run. Typography, interactions, empty states. The difference between a product people love and one they tolerate.

06 — Range

Crossing industries, applying one playbook.

Identity verification. Consumer fraud. Mobile messaging. Precision agriculture. Web3 gaming. AI agent infrastructure. One playbook: research, ship, measure, refine.
